Multimedia message

In lieu of a walk, I did the strength and flexibility workout from the You book tonight. This first time it took a lot longer than the stated 20 minutes, but it felt good.

Why pictures of the book? Why not pictures of you doing the exercises?

It's a little tough to do the exercises with a cameraphone in hand. :-)
