Just when I get one car repair done, a radiator hope bursts. Oh, well, at least this is one I've done before.

After more than 20 years of riding bikes, I just changed my own tire for the first time. I'm such a man! Now I have to cook dinner.

First decent ride on the new bike last night. After that too-small mountain bike, it was like flying!

Sunday might blues jam at a local biker bar. Great stuff, especially an Aussie harp player who's tearin' it up.

March of the Penguins was pretty good. My son enjoyed it, though he was upset by some of the sadder scenes.

Out of gas. Lovely. I guess this'll be a longer lunch break than I planned. I'm missing my son's school open house, too. Grrrr.

Unhappy today. Lonely a little, I guess, the way you can be even surrounded by people. Out of touch and socially inept.

I finally replaced my bike with a good used road model, a Lotus. Since I rode a Ferrari in HS, I've got some bragging rights. :-)

Well, I don't know what exactly is going on here, but something is getting messed up between my cellphone and my blog. It's always been the case that an entry I e-mailed from my phone would appear in the blog within half an hour or so. The recent spate of posts are items that either never came through, or came through long after they were sent (in one case, they came out of order!)
I'll be watching more closely over the next few weeks to see if the problem clears up (and if any of my stray e-mails appear as duplicate posts). Sorry for the big dump.
