She is another man's poison A thing of beauty

Just finished my first bike ride of the season. 10 miles home from work in about an hour. The new tires are great.

Today's earworm: "Monchichi, Monchichi. Oh so soft and cuddly. Put his thumb in his mouth, he's really neat. It's fun to wiggle his little feet. Monchichi, Monchichi, happy, happy, Monchichi." For those who didn't grow up in the 80's, Monchichi was this creepy little stuffed monkey whose thumbs and big toes would fit in its mouth. I wanted one pretty badly. God only knows why it's in my head.

This weekend we hit Name Brand Clothing, and I found this snazzy French-cuffed dress shirt for $10. I wanted to wear it today, and it just didn't look right until I had the waistcoat and braces and the medallion tie. People at work think I have a job interview. The cufflinks were my grandfather's. The only other time I wore them was my wedding.

I tend not to do much metablogging, but I wanted to draw your attention to the button over on the right there that says,"meebo me!"That will take you to meebo.com, site of a very cool web-based IM client combining AIM, Yahoo, Jabber, and MSN protocols im a very simple interface. I've become a big fan, so here I am, shilling away!
